All of our massage sessions include a combination of Swedish Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release and a variety of other therapeutic and wellness techniques. Each massage session is custom tailored to meet your individual therapeutic needs. In addition, an organic massage blend is customized with therapeutic grade essential oils for each session to further increase the therapeutic benefits of your treatment.

Headaches are one of my specialties! This treatment releases the most common cause of headaches, chronic tension in and around the neck, shoulders and head. A full body massage that relieves chronic pain and tension and promotes wellness through deep relaxation. Improves sleep, circulation, stress and promotes an overall sense of well-being. A custom blend of therapeutic grade organic essential oils are applied with a gentle lymphatic massaged into the skin. This is a regular therapeutic relaxation massage with additional emphasis on the specific needs of the mother to be with extra emphasis on comfort and safety. Prenatal massage is a 60 minute session.

Fibromyalgia symptoms can be greatly relieved with this gently massage. A specially formulated blend of essential oils are applied gently to the back, neck and feet. Active isolated stretching as well as techniques that focus on injury prevention and injury rehabilitation allow this style of massage to bring an athlete to his optimal performance.
