As a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, Pamela can also work closely with clients to create an optimal wellness program that caters specifically to their body, their needs and their lifestyle. By combining the passive healing and stress reduction of Therapeutic Massage with the active strength and flexibility of Hatha Yoga, deep transformation becomes possible with regard to posture, overall fitness, strength and flexibility and pain relief.
